WHISTLEBLOWING REPORTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Internal reports pursuant to Legislative Decree 24 of March 10, 2023<\/strong>
\nThe company SABRY MAGLIERIA SRL a S.U. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has established an internal reporting channel for the receipt and management of reports of wrongdoing, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023 (the “Decree”), concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union and national laws.<\/p>\n

Who can report<\/strong>
\nThe internal reporting channel may be used by the individuals identified in Article 3 of the Decree, including:
\n\u2022 employees, self-employed workers, or collaborators;
\n\u2022 freelancers, consultants, volunteers, interns (even unpaid);
\n\u2022 shareholders and individuals with administrative, management, supervisory, or representative functions, even if de facto;
\n\u2022 individuals working for public or private entities that have relations with the Company.<\/p>\n

The protections also apply to individuals who report:
\n\u2022 during recruitment or other pre-contractual phases;
\n\u2022 during the probationary period;
\n\u2022 after the end of the relationship, if the information was acquired during its term..<\/p>\n

How to file an internal report<\/strong>
\nReports can be submitted through the following channels:
\n1. Written channel (off-line \/ on-line)<\/strong>
\n\u2022 By registered mail with return receipt addressed to the \u201cWhistleblowing Office\u201d at the law office of Avv. ANGELO GIARDINI located in Via Dell\u2019Industria 304, 62014, Corridonia (Mc).
\n\u2022 It is recommended to use a double-envelope system:
\no the first envelope should contain the reporter\u2019s identifying information;
\no the second should contain the content of the report;
\no both should be placed in a third sealed envelope labeled \u201cConfidential \u2013 To the Whistleblowing Office\u201d.<\/p>\n

2. Oral channel<\/strong>
\n\u2022 By calling the dedicated telephone line: +393282179079 with the option to leave a voicemail message;
\n\u2022 By requesting a meeting with the Whistleblowing Office representatives.
\nThe meeting will be held in a location that ensures the reporter\u2019s confidentiality, even off-site if necessary.
\nOral reports will be documented via transcription or recording (with consent). The reporter may review, amend, and sign the final version of the record.<\/p>\n

Contents of the report<\/strong>
\nReports, which must be made in good faith, should preferably include:
\n\u2022 identification of the alleged offender (if known);
\n\u2022 description of the events (place, date, circumstances);
\n\u2022 names of any witnesses;
\n\u2022 supporting documentation;
\n\u2022 any potential conflicts of interest;
\n\u2022 reporter\u2019s contact details for confidential follow-up.<\/p>\n

Handling of the report<\/strong>
\nReports are handled by the Whistleblowing Office, which ensures impartial and confidential processing.
\nThe office will:
\n\u2022 acknowledge receipt within 7 days;
\n\u2022 provide a follow-up within 3 months.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality and protection<\/strong>
\nThe confidentiality of the reporter, the facilitator, and the persons involved is guaranteed under the Decree.
\nAny form of retaliation is strictly prohibited. The reporter may contact ANAC if they believe they have been subject to retaliation.<\/p>\n

External reporting<\/strong>
\nAn external report may be submitted via the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) platform in the following cases:
\n\u2022 the internal channel is inactive or non-compliant;
\n\u2022 the report was not followed up;
\n\u2022 there is a risk of retaliation or the internal channel is deemed ineffective;
\n\u2022 there is an imminent or obvious threat to the public interest.
