(hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Company&#8221;) has established an internal reporting channel for the receipt and management of reports of wrongdoing, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24 of March 10, 2023 (the &#8220;Decree&#8221;), concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union and national laws.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can report<\/strong><br \/>\nThe internal reporting channel may be used by the individuals identified in Article 3 of the Decree, including:<br \/>\n\u2022 employees, self-employed workers, or collaborators;<br \/>\n\u2022 freelancers, consultants, volunteers, interns (even unpaid);<br \/>\n\u2022 shareholders and individuals with administrative, management, supervisory, or representative functions, even if de facto;<br \/>\n\u2022 individuals working for public or private entities that have relations with the Company.<\/p>\n<p>The protections also apply to individuals who report:<br \/>\n\u2022 during recruitment or other pre-contractual phases;<br \/>\n\u2022 during the probationary period;<br \/>\n\u2022 after the end of the relationship, if the information was acquired during its term..<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to file an internal report<\/strong><br \/>\nReports can be submitted through the following channels:<br \/>\n<strong>1. Written channel (off-line \/ on-line)<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 By registered mail with return receipt addressed to the \u201cWhistleblowing Office\u201d at the law office of Avv. ANGELO GIARDINI located in Via Dell\u2019Industria 304, 62014, Corridonia (Mc).<br \/>\n\u2022 It is recommended to use a double-envelope system:<br \/>\no the first envelope should contain the reporter\u2019s identifying information;<br \/>\no the second should contain the content of the report;<br \/>\no both should be placed in a third sealed envelope labeled \u201cConfidential \u2013 To the Whistleblowing Office\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Oral channel<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 By calling the dedicated telephone line: +393282179079 with the option to leave a voicemail message;<br \/>\n\u2022 By requesting a meeting with the Whistleblowing Office representatives.<br \/>\nThe meeting will be held in a location that ensures the reporter\u2019s confidentiality, even off-site if necessary.<br \/>\nOral reports will be documented via transcription or recording (with consent). The reporter may review, amend, and sign the final version of the record.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contents of the report<\/strong><br \/>\nReports, which must be made in good faith, should preferably include:<br \/>\n\u2022 identification of the alleged offender (if known);<br \/>\n\u2022 description of the events (place, date, circumstances);<br \/>\n\u2022 names of any witnesses;<br \/>\n\u2022 supporting documentation;<br \/>\n\u2022 any potential conflicts of interest;<br \/>\n\u2022 reporter\u2019s contact details for confidential follow-up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Handling of the report<\/strong><br \/>\nReports are handled by the Whistleblowing Office, which ensures impartial and confidential processing.<br \/>\nThe office will:<br \/>\n\u2022 acknowledge receipt within 7 days;<br \/>\n\u2022 provide a follow-up within 3 months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confidentiality and protection<\/strong><br \/>\nThe confidentiality of the reporter, the facilitator, and the persons involved is guaranteed under the Decree.<br \/>\nAny form of retaliation is strictly prohibited.
